We have our own on site Gymnasium and Sports Club available to Members and Residents. The gym is fully equipped with cardio and weight machines to allow a total body workout.

Yoga Classes and Aerobicsare held during the week and we also offer a range of complimentry health services on site.
Membership fees are £20 per month for peak times and £18 per month off peak.
